The Hotel Jungle has a capacity of accomodating 60 persons. As a real rarity, the hotel is located in the area of Sóstó Zoo. More than 5000 smaller or larger roommates live in the direct neighbourhood of the hotel, thus not only chirping birds, but also our sealions or elephants might serve the function of an alarm clock in the morning. Taking into consideration the high amount of visitors in the Green Pyramid, we suggest the free use of Liliputi baby holders instead of baby carriages! Baby carriages shall be left at the designated area at the entrance of the Green Pyramid. Our diaper changing rooms: In the toilets constructed for disabled persons, which can be found next to the entrance of both the Green Pyramid and the Bamboo Restaurant, and in the ladies’ toilet next to the white tigers, which is in the middle of the park. A nursing room is available in Hotel Jungle.  

Should you get hungry during discovering the enormous area of our Zoo or just wish to have a snack, there are numerous buffets, chimney cake, ice cream and sweetie vendors at the service of visitors. The exclusive Bamboo Restaurant can be found on the ground floor of the Green Pyramid, with a separate entrance. It is waiting for the visitors who got hungry during the walk with special, delicious menus. The restaurant accepts K&H, MKB and OTP SZÉP cards.

The AjándékoZoo is the most attractive Zooshop in the country where you can find exclusive plush gifts, artworks and jewells which are excellent souvenirs to remember our Zoo.

It is strictly prohibited to bring any animals into the area of the Zoo. There are 4 guarded, covered dog-kennels available for the dogs of visitors, They are located on the right side of the main entrance. All kennels are secured with a lock. We provide fresh and clean drinking water for the dogs, and you can also leave food for your pet, should you wish to do so. Our staff will assist you placing your dog in the kennel.

There is a toilet designated for disabled persons next to the entrance of both the Green Pyramid and the Bamboo Restaurant. The Green Pyramid can be visited in a wheelchair.
